How Can I Sign Up Under PEO Arrangement?
In your State, Payroll USA, Inc. holds a single master policy. which provides coverage for all of the PEO's leased workers for each client. Each client is typically added to the policy by endorsement. In order to qualify for endorsement you need to provide us with some basic information (per PEO Quote form) such as job description, rate of pay, class code, etc. If you have been in business in the last three years, and had workmen's comp insurance, attach a loss run report from your existing (or former) carrier to expedite the approval. Note* Loss run report not applicable to new business.
Once, you have completed the "Free PEO Quote" request we will respond to your submission within the hour. Upon verification of your approved workmen's compensation Class Code and signing of our Service Agreement, we will immediately bind coverage for a workmen's compensation policy..
