How do I terminate my payroll agreement?

Usually we require 30 days notice to cancel your payroll agreement. Obviously termination is immediate due to non-payment or failure to submit payroll hours for your employees.

Note. Cancellation of worker's compensation coverage is effective on the date of cancellation with Payroll USA, Inc..
